Triathlon Running

There should be a book out titled "It's All About The Run" because having to run after riding a bike takes a lot of getting used to and is very different to running on its own - too many times I hear of people who ride big on one day, then run big hours the next, and feel 100% fine. Come the event, they blow up as they haven't taught their body to run on tired legs.
